happy 4th of july

I can't think of a better way to bring in the 4th than riding on the skyline in the shenandoa national forest. Being covered in the mist coming down from the mountains while deer watch you pass is simply beautiful. I made it to gattlibburg at 5 tonight, and due to the rain, decided to get a hotel room. I am on my way to pigeon forge to see the fireworks, and billy ray cyrus! Then I'll head back to gattlinburg for their works at midnight. I'll write more later.
